About Us

Dan Brown Eco-struction is owned and operated by Dan and Erika Brown. Dan and his wife, Erika, live with their children in their beloved passive solar house in Kempton, Pa.

Sustainable living is their passion. Believing strongly in low impact living, the couple designed their own home to maximize useable space, minimize the need for excess materials in construction, and limit the outside inputs needed to run their home. They are working toward net zero energy usage, and are excited to share what they know about this important topic. Meeting new and interesting people are part of the field they belong to. And educating and being educated by others is one of the rewards of the business.
